CDTI, the Science Technology Platform INDUCIENCIA and the Spanish Science Industry Association INEUSTAR, organize Big Science Industry Forum Spain 2025 (BSIFS2025), the first Spanish Big Science industry forum. The objective of the congress is to strengthen the capabilities of the Big Science industry in Spain and to serve as a showcase to society for our national science industry as a driver for economic growth.

This meeting, which will last two days, aims to foster existing and new connections amongst the entire Spanish Big Science community, made up by the science industry sector, research groups and institutes and national research infrastructures. In addition, the main international and national research infrastructures' procurements and projects for the next few years will be presented and future technological trends will be discussed.

The forum is built around a large networking space, with an exhibition area for companies, a poster area for research groups and institutes and the possibility of arranging one to one meetings with other attendees to build new connections.

Sessions on Day 1 will take place in Spanish and sessions on Day 2 in English.

Representatives of the most relevant international research infrastructures in fundamental physics from the domains of particle physics, astronomy and fusion will participate in the forum, such as CERN, the ITER project and its European agency F4E, or astronomy organizations like ESO. National research infrastructures enclosed in the Map of Unique Scientific and Technical Infrastructures will also play a prominent role.

Across the congress, the spotlight will be on Spanish companies and institutions with proven capabilities to collaborate in research infrastructure projects. CDTI and INDUCIENCIA have compiled these capabilities in a web catalogue, which you can download here.
