Industrial exhibition

During the Forum, there will be an exhibition of company stands and other relevant institutions of the Bif Science community. Each exhibition space will have the following characteristics:

• space of 3x2 m or 2x2 m
• modular structure
• standard carpet
• table and 3 chairs
• specific lighting
• electrical panel
• in the 3x2 stands, in addition, a counter and a stool
• 3 free tickets for the 3x2 stands or 2 free tickets for the 2x2 stands

Graphics to be installed on the walls of the stand must be provided by the company or contracted with the  company that manages the exhibition.

The cost of participation in the exhibition is €3,000.00 (excl. VAT) for 3x2 m stands and €2,000.00 (excl. VAT) for 2x2 m stands.

The number of spaces available is limited, so applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To indicate your preference, please refer to the available stands on the map (in red).
